A Final Scoping Document was approved by the County of Franklin Solid Waste Management Authority (CFSWMA) at its Board meeting on June 26, 2008 and is now available for public review. A link to this document can be found below. Everyone who submitted a written comment on the Draft Scoping Document or signed in at the Public Scoping Meeting will receive a notice regarding the availability of the Final Scoping Document, either electronically or by mail.
